Spark Technology Education FTC Scholarship

 

Congratulation  to FTC Team Bears from Moscow Senior High School, Moscow, Idaho and FTC Team Kiwi Pi from Cascade Middle School, Vancouver, Washington for being selected as the recipients of the 2013 Spark Technology Education FTC Scholarship.  This Scholarship awards both teams $275 each to offset the team expense. 

President of Spark Technology Education, Eddie Wang, presented $1000 donation to Greg Smith from Oregon Vex League at the opening of VEX Idea Factory on October 11, 2013 held at West Salem High School, Salem, Oregon for growing VRC program.

$10,000 from Intel Involved Matching Grant

 

On April 10, 2013, Spark Technology Education received $10,000 from the Intel Involved Matching Grant Program for the hours Intel volunteers mentoring the sponsored teams in 2012. During 2012, Intel volunteers contributed 1526 hours to Spark Technology Education.

New FIRST Tech Challenge Team 7013


Spark Technology Education started a new FIRST Tech Challenge Team 7013, Hot Wired.

On May 13, 2013, Spark Technology Education received a $1000 grant from Community 101, Banks High School, Oregon, for starting a new FIRST  Tech Challenge team.  In this picture, President of Spark Technology Education, Eddie Wang, accepted the grant from Kyrie Coberly, a student from Community 101.
